Pizza Hut Comes Out With Moving Table Pizza Box

Pizza is the best moving food. No plates, no utensils, no table, no brain needed to eat and enjoy pizza. According to a study put on by Pizza Hut® (hmmm, biased much), nearly 9 in 10 (87%) Americans have ordered pizza during a move, and a resounding 79% of movers admitted to eating their moving day pizza on the floor.

Well, no longer do you need to put the actual pizza box on the floor, because Pizza Hut has innovated. With their new Moving Table Box, prop that bad boy up 18 inches or so, and use the pizza box itself as a mini-table. They have yet to crack the code for Moving Seat Boxes, so enjoy the floor. Hopefully you got your rugs unpacked, or a nice lush carpet in the new place.

How Does The Pizza Hut Moving Table Box Work?

The Moving Box Table features an iconic red checkered corrugated structure that folds into a sturdy base. This base supports the pizza box tabletop, creating a mini table in just a few simple steps. To set it up, unfold and assemble the structure, and the table is ready to use.

I suppose some people went to College/University in a town that had an Upper Middle Class Mall, but it couldn’t have been me.

I hate to assume (ass, you, me…hellooooo), but a $25 blanket from a chain restaurant is not going to be a great blanket, which makes me hate to say that this is kinda cool and fun.

It turns out, according the P.F. Chang’s, they sell around 4 million of the Lettuce Wraps each year. That’s like 0.012 Lettuce Wraps per American Person!

You are not a Wing Place. You will never be a Wing Place. There is no way more than 5 of these have a discernible taste, and no way 3 of them are good (you do the math). And no way any of the “Spicy” are spicy enough to satisfy anyone who actually likes Spicy. Cool it with the options.

As I sit here, in the Midwest’s hottest day of the year, Fall can not come soon enough. I need crispy leaves. I need football (i love brain damage. and beer). I need my Pum Spice Drinky.

It was easy to make fun of the girlies and their Pumpkin Spiced Lattes, but no one ever said through all the mocking that pumpkin spiced stuff tastes really good! Ever have pumpkin pie?!

Despite food costs increasing due to Greedflation (article, video), you can still get some good deals at Fast Food restaurants. KFC is no exception. They’ve been known for their Family Bucket Deals for as long as I’ve been alive (oh my god i’m almost 40). Ah, the nostalgia of eating KFC at my Grandma’s house pretty much every time we visited.

Well, KFC has a couple of new “Taste Of KFC” Deals, and I have to be honest, they look good. I haven’t had KFC in a couple of years. Check out these new deals:

Panera Announces New “Swicy” (Sweet & Spicy) Deal

Who doesn’t love Sweet and Spicy together? My current favorite wings at my local spot have a Serrano pepper spicy hit after starting off very sweet. Super satisfying.

The Panera “Swicy” deal pairs (mostly) new sweet pastries with the recently introduced Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich. Panera eaters can enjoy 50% off a bakery treat with the purchase of the Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich and a beverage at participating local bakery-cafes.

The Pastries are:

NEW Almond Pastry: A flaky, buttery pastry made with sweet almond filling, hand-drizzled with icing, and topped with sliced almonds.

How I Make About $10 Per Month In Free Amazon Gift Cards

The short of it is: by using Bing Search!

Microsoft has a Rewards program, where you get points if you do things like use Bing as a search engine, buy Xbox games, or purchase items in the Microsoft Store.

I don’t game much these days, and don’t use any Microsoft products, so I don’t get any points via those avenues. All the points I do get it are from using Bing Search. I set it as my defaults for my browsers, and also have the Bing app on my phone.

Many of these points I get each day are from me just using the internet as I normally would, but I’ll also spend a few minutes each day doing additional searches, to hit the maximum points I can get for the day. There are also bonus points you can get based on frequnecy, searching specific topics, or doing a poll/quiz.

With these searches I get points to trade them in for roughly $10 a month in Amazon gift cards.

You can trade the points in for many things including an actual Xbox(!), sweepstakes, food gift cards, or even give to charity.

How Much Does The US Spend On Storm Damage?

It is maybe no surprise, but 2024 is off to a damaging (and deadly) year for storms. Freezes and heat domes in Texas. Tornadoes in Chicago. And flooding pretty much everywhere.

Well how much does this damage from the storms cost the US?

“An analysis from the reinsurance company Munich Re found that severe thunderstorms in the U.S. caused $45 billion in losses from January to June [2024], $34 billion of which were insured. That makes 2024 the fourth-costliest thunderstorm year on record, based on the first six months.”
